I was born in a small seaside town in Finland where i grew up surrounded by nature. One of the most memorable things from my childhood were the summers and how my mother took us children to the beach to bounce in the waves when it was windy and stormy. Or jumping to the water off the pier with the boys. Maybe that's why I've always had a love for the sea, waves and I feel a deep connection with nature.

At the moment, I live in Spain, but I spend the summer months in a small cottage in Finland, where I also work. Oh, the northern summers — they are so unique!

I am passionate about people and the connection between humans, and that's what I want to capture in my photography, the real connection and raw emotions.

I like to photograph in the wild, but since I’m a romantic, I’m also a fan of architecture, old buildings, chiaroscuro light and dilapidated walls.

I dream a lot but enjoy simple things in life: good morning latte, sunsets, walking in nature, candlelit dinners with friends.

I love beautiful vintage stuff, but my lifestyle is quite minimalistic right now. I think everything I own can fit in my car!
